Healer's Hand/Shaman's Hand/Reiki Hand Stones in Blue Lace Agate, Botswana Agate, White Jade and Aventurine engraved and embossed with black or gold. You will receive the exact stone pictured. These are known as worry stones, comfort stones, fidget stones, palm stones, or thumb stones. They are smooth, polished gemstones in the shape of an oval or rounded rectangle used for relaxation or anxiety relief. They are used by holding the stone between the index finger and thumb and gently moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone. This action of moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone can reduce stress. Size is approximately 3-3 1/2 x 4 1/2-5 cm (1 - 1 1/2 inches by 1 1/2 - 2 inches).
