Horse Totem Stones in Dalmatian Jasper, Tiger's Eye, Red Agate, Rose Quartz, Carnelian, Sodalite, Aventurine, Shungite and Snow Quartz engraved and embossed with black or gold. These are known as worry stones, comfort stones, fidget stones, palm stones, or thumb stones. They are smooth, polished gemstones in the shape of an oval or rounded rectangle used for relaxation or anxiety relief. They are used by holding the stone between the index finger and thumb and gently moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone. This action of moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone can reduce stress. Size is approximately 3-3 1/2 x 4 1/2-5 cm (1 - 1 1/2 inches by 1 1/2 - 2 inches). DALMATIAN JASPER (Dalmatian stone)—is known as the “lantern in the darkness”; by illuminating subconscious mind, clearing, renewing & raising the consciousness. It helps to disengage from the past.
