Engraved Gemstone Healer's Hand Stone: Embossed Shaman Reiki Palm Stone

Healer's Hand/Shaman's Hand/Reiki Hand Stones in Sodalite, Nephrite Jade, Red Jasper and Rose Quartz engraved and embossed with black or gold. You will receive the exact stone pictured. These are known as worry stones, comfort stones, fidget stones, palm stones, or thumb stones. They are smooth, polished gemstones in the shape of an oval or rounded rectangle used for relaxation or anxiety relief. They are used by holding the stone between the index finger and thumb and gently moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone. This action of moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone can reduce stress. Size is approximately 3-3 1/2 x 4 1/2-5 cm (1 - 1 1/2 inches by 1 1/2 - 2 inches). NEPHRITE JADE - is known as the "Dream stone", helping with dream recognition and understanding, and the "Stone of Fidelity", emphasizing kinship by attuning one to the needs of others. Jade works well with the Solar Plexus and heart Chakra, aiding one to actualize dreams and attain long-term goals. It assists with remembering past life wisdom, especially related to the Oriental traditions. Jade, because of its green vibrational energy, embodies universal love. Jade has an affinity for Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Libra, and Virgo and vibrates to the master number eleven.

ROSE QUARTZ - is called the "stone of gentle love"; for its calming and cooling effects that help to remove negativity and reinstate self love. It is balancing, rejuvenating and healing.
