The size is approximately 1 1/2 - 2 inches. Stone will be chosen at random from your stone choice. Known as worry stones, comfort stones, fidget stones, palm stones, or thumb stones. They are smooth, polished gemstones in the shape of an oval or rounded rectangle used for relaxation or anxiety relief. They are used by holding the stone between the index finger and thumb and gently moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone. AVENTURINE – is often used to activate and clear the Heart Chakra making it an excellent stone for shielding a person from unwanted energies or intrusions. Aventurine diffuses negative energy. It balances the yin and yang energies, improving one's creative nature. Aventurine is used in shamanic medicine wheel work to aid spirit guides in connecting to the green, healing heart light. Aventurine has an affinity for Aries and vibrates to the number three.

ROSE QUARTZ - is called the "stone of gentle love"; for its calming and cooling effects that help to remove negativity and reinstate self love. It is balancing, rejuvenating and healing.
