Respect Inspiration Stones in Rose Quartz, Aventurine, Snowflake Obsidian, Howlite, and Tiger Iron Jasper engraved and embossed in gold. These are exceptionally smooth and good size stones. Known as worry stones, comfort stones, fidget stones, palm stones, or thumb stones. They are smooth, polished gemstones in the shape of an oval or rounded rectangle used for relaxation or anxiety relief. They are used by holding the stone between the index finger and thumb and gently moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone. This action of moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone can reduce stress. Can be carried in a pocket, purse, or pouch around the neck. ROSE QUARTZ - is called the "stone of gentle love"; for its calming and cooling effects that help to remove negativity and reinstate self love. It is balancing, rejuvenating, and healing. Rose Quartz provides emotional balancing and channels universal love. It has been helpful with heartbreak and childhood pain.
