Coyote Totem Stone in White Lace Red Jasper, Shungite, Atlantis Stone, Unakite, Snow Quartz and Botswana engraved and embossed with gold or black. You receive the exact stones pictured. These are known as worry stones, comfort stones, fidget stones, palm stones, or thumb stones. They are smooth, polished gemstones in the shape of an oval or rounded rectangle used for relaxation or anxiety relief. They are used by holding the stone between the index finger and thumb and gently moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone. This action of moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone can reduce stress. Size is approximately 3-3 1/2 x 4 1/2-5 cm (1 - 1 1/2 inches by 1 1/2 - 2 inches).
