They are smooth, polished gemstones in the shape of an oval or rounded rectangle used for relaxation or anxiety relief. They are used by holding the stone between the index finger and thumb and gently moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone. TIGER’S EYE - is called the "stone of sand and sunlight", bringing the unity of Sun and Earth. It provides one with sharpness of mind and grounding of body. Tiger’s Eye aids in balancing the Yin and Yang through the 2nd and 3rd Chakras. It allows one to become attuned to the connectiveness of all; to our brothers and sisters around the globe.
