We will send you a mock-up representation of your piece for your approval before we send it out. We want you to love your new jewelry! The price is a deposit. Due to the varying prices of stones and precious metals, the charge is a down payment, we will give you an exact quote after we receive your order and design your piece. You will be charged any additional fees, with your approval and after you are completely satisfied with your custom jewelry. We work with you until you are happy.
