Believe Inspiration Stones in Aventurine, Snowflake Obsidian, and Howlite engraved and embossed in gold. These are exceptionally smooth and good size stones. Known as worry stones, comfort stones, fidget stones, palm stones, or thumb stones. They are smooth, polished gemstones in the shape of an oval or rounded rectangle used for relaxation or anxiety relief. They are used by holding the stone between the index finger and thumb and gently moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone. This action of moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone can reduce stress. Can be carried in a pocket, purse, or pouch around the neck. AVENTURINE – is often used to activate and clear the Heart Chakra making it an excellent stone for shielding a person from unwanted energies or intrusions. Aventurine diffuses negative energy. It balances the yin and yang energies, improving one's creative nature. Aventurine is used in shamanic medicine wheel work to aid spirit guides in connecting to the green, healing heart light. Aventurine has an affinity for Aries and vibrates to the number three.

HOWLITE – is known as the “stone of discernment”; helping the wearer to dispel criticalness and selfishness, and facilitate clear communication and awareness. Howlite inspires artistic endeavors and creativity. It helps to relieve pain associated with disorders of the bones and teeth by balancing the calcium levels in the body. SNOWFLAKE OBSIDIAN - is known as "the stone of purity", bringing balance to the triune (mind/body/spirit) function. It is a naturally formed volcanic glass with radially clustered crystals of Cristobalite named after the Roman who discovered it, Obsius. Snowflake Obsidian provides protection for sensitize individuals; negativity cannot coexist with it.
