Hawk Totem Stones in Bronzite, Grey Crazy Lace Agate, Blue Quartzite, Prehnite, Snow Quartz and Carnelian engraved and embossed in black or gold. Approximately 1 1/2 to 2 inches in length and 1 to 1 1/2 inches wide and 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick in size. These are known as worry stones, comfort stones, fidget stones, palm stones, or thumb stones. They are smooth, polished gemstones in the shape of an oval or rounded rectangle used for relaxation or anxiety relief. They are used by holding the stone between the index finger and thumb and gently moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone. This action of moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone can reduce stress. Can be carried in a pocket, purse, or pouch around the neck. Comes with power animal and stone properties cards.
